For partners and distributors

Bring Booth Minito your market.

Booth Mini is built in Milwaukee and made to travel: small, shippable, remotely managed, and dressed for the room it lives in. If you run venues, serve hospitality, or distribute to them, there is a seat for you.

How it works, in short

You bring the venues, the market and the hands on the ground.
We build the Minis to order and keep the software side running.
Guests get a good photo on their phone, wearing the venue's name.
We start small — a demo unit, then first placements, then more.

Two seats

Two ways to work with us.

Same little booth, two different relationships. Nearly every conversation starts as one of these.

Distributor

You buy Booth Minis at partner pricing and sell or rent them into your own territory, under your own agreements.

  • Units at partner pricing, each one made to order
  • You sell or rent them, on your paper, to your customers
  • We walk your people through install and setup

Fits suppliers already selling into hospitality, tourism and events.

Placement partner

You put Minis into venues you already serve and mind them on the ground. Revenue is shared per unit.

  • Minis placed in rooms you can already walk into
  • Revenue shared per unit
  • Every unit reported through Booth Cloud

Fits operators with venue relationships and a team that can be on site.

Plenty of partners start as one and grow into both.

The unit

What you're working with.

A Booth Mini is a small, made-to-order photo experience that lives in one spot and looks after itself between visits.

Compact and shippable

It's a small thing. It's a small thing, and it travels, and it turns up in your market ready to be dressed and hung.

Wall or counter

It hangs on a wall or sits on a counter and runs off one outlet. Most rooms already have somewhere to put it.

Made to order

Every unit is built for the room it lands in — one of our colourways, or matched to a venue's own paint.

Tap, no app

Guests tap the booth with their phone and their photos land in Booth Pass, in the browser. Nothing to install.

A billboard on top

A second screen up top carries venue or sponsor content, so the booth earns its wall twice over.

Minded remotely

Monitoring, updates and settings run from our Booth Command Center, so a unit can be checked and changed from anywhere.

Where it fits

Rooms where people take photos anyway.

A Mini belongs anywhere someone already wants a picture of the place they're standing in.

Hotels & hospitality groups Lobbies, bars and function rooms, with the property's own look on the shell and on every photo.
Bars & pubs A lit-up corner people walk over to, and a photo of your room on their phone before they sit back down.
Tourism sites & attractions Visitors leave with a photo that carries the site's name on it, not another anonymous snapshot.
Events & festivals Small enough to sit in a stand or a sponsor's activation for the run of the event, then move on.
Civic & tourism bodies Campaigns that need people to take a photo and share it, with the campaign's branding on every frame.

How it starts

Four steps, in that order.

We'd rather get one unit right in your market than sign something enormous and find out later.

Step one

A call

About your market and the venues you already serve — where you operate, who you know, what those rooms need.

Step two

A demo unit

One Mini, built in your colours, so you have something real to put in front of a venue instead of a slide.

Step three

First placements

You put the first units in. We're on the line for install and setup while you're finding your feet.

Step four

Scale

Territory conversations come after the first units have real numbers.

The other side of it

What we look for in a partner.

Four things

  • Venue relationships in your market. Rooms you can already walk into, not a list you'd have to start cold.
  • A team that can install and mind units locally. Hands on the ground beat a shipping label every time.
  • Your own merchant account for pay-per-use. If guests pay in your market, that money should land in your account.
  • Appetite to treat this as a network, not a one-off. Minis are worth more to everybody once there is more than one of them.

Straight answers

The questions we always get.

Does it print?

Not by default. Booth Mini sends photos to the guest's phone through Booth Pass — that's the whole point of it. A printer is an optional add-on for the venues that really want one.

Who supports the units?

You do the hands-on part in your market: install, moves, anything physical. We do the software side — monitoring, updates and settings run remotely from our Booth Command Center — and we're on the line while you're getting the first units up.

Can we put our brand on it?

Yes. The venue's branding goes on the header band, the idle screen and the photo overlay, and the shell is made to order in a colourway or matched to the room's paint. The billboard screen up top carries venue or sponsor content.

How does pay-per-use money move in our market?

Pay-per-use in your market runs on your own merchant account; we'll walk through setup on the call.

Do you offer exclusivity?

Territory conversations come after the first units have real numbers. We'd rather see what a handful of Minis actually do in your market before anyone draws lines on a map.

Tell us about your market.

Where you operate, the venues you already serve, and which seat you think you're in. We'll set up a call and walk through the numbers there.

We are not a photo booth. We are a photo experience.
